My name is Abigail Fellencer, and I was 32 before I discovered that I had ADHD. That discovery opened a whole new world of understanding, grief and self-compassion for all the various situations in my life that just never quite made sense before, like why I could never seem to be on time, why I could never make sense of a day planner, and why my emotions seemed so huge?! If you, or someone you love struggles with ADHD, then you know that is only a small taste of the challenges we face, and I'm sure you could add countless examples of your own, but there is HOPE!!

I started my journey, into coaching, training to be a health and life coach. However, after learning that there was actually a path to become a specifically trained ADHD coach, my passion was ignited, and I knew I wanted to help people who struggled with the confusion, frustration, and shame that comes with not knowing how to manage, or even understand their ADHD symptoms, just as I had been experiencing, for those first 32yrs of my life. This led me to an additional 250 hours of specialized training in ADHD coaching, and that is where I found my true passion!

Whether or not you deal with ADHD, my approach to coaching centers on helping individuals achieve holistic wellness—mentally, spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially—because I believe true fulfillment comes from finding balance in all areas of life.

In my coaching practice, we won’t focus on weaknesses; instead, we’ll build on your strengths. Together, we’ll develop strategies that align with your unique talents and abilities, empowering you to create positive change and reach your goals.
